1. When you first enter the Sales Rep option a Select An Option window listing all sales reps will appear; select the sales rep whose information you would like to delete.
2. Command options will appear; select Delete.
3. "Delete this Sales Rep? No/Yes will appear; select Yes.
The sales rep has now been deleted from the list of sales reps.
Note: You can only delete a Sales Rep if it is not assigned to a customer or not in any transaction records. A message will appear: Cannot delete: Associated records found in XXXXX. Press space bar to continue.
Hint: use the Transfer Sales Rep option to move one rep's business to another.
